Safety starts before a prospective employee is hired with a pre-employment ergonomic/medical screening which matches the applicant to the specific job duties required in the field. Initial training begins on day one, provided by our Safety Supervisors. A minimum of forty hours pre-field training is provided to each employee, augmented by ongoing competency-based training (CBT). Our CBT is documented and thorough.
