SAFETY

SAFE OPERATIONS START WITH PREPARED PEOPLE, WELL-MAINTAINED EQUIPMENT, AND CONSISTENT FIELD PRACTICES.

Safety is built into how National plans, prepares and executes each project. From employee training and pre-shift inspections to field oversight and equipment standards, our teams work to identify risk before work begins and maintain consistent safety practices across every jobsite.

Our field teams are supported by full-time safety professionals who provide training, conduct site and equipment audits, and perform on-site observations and coaching. We invest the time, resources and equipment needed to help our crews work safely and effectively every day.

SAFETY

NATIONAL IS DEDICATED TO OPERATING SAFELY FROM THE GROUND UP. OUR FOCUS ON SAFETY REFLECTS THE RESPONSIBILITY WE HAVE TOWARD EACH OTHER AND OUR CLIENTS.

Safety is a cornerstone in the foundation of our company culture. We prioritize safety so that our people operate efficiently and effectively 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More than just a value, safety informs the way each National team member operates on a day to day basis. True safety culture requires that every individual takes personal responsibility.

We take this responsibility to each other and to our clients seriously, allocating ample time and resources to training, personal protective equipment, and implementing company-wide standards. Our field teams are supported by full-time safety professionals who perform employee training, conduct site/equipment audits and on-site observations/coaching.

Our Safety Managers are active in the field, working alongside our crews to reinforce safe practices every day. National's safety systems include start-of-shift safety meetings, pre-shift equipment inspections, and task-level risk assessments designed to identify hazards before work begins.

We also invest in equipment and technology that help reduce exposure to risk in drilling operations. Automated rod loaders, hands-free make-up and break-out systems, and custom-designed rod handling tools are part of our approach to protecting our crews while supporting safe, efficient execution. Safety is built into how we prepare our people, maintain our equipment, and perform the work.

Our Safety Managers are in the field every day. We've invested in systems to reinforce safe work environments at all times, including start of shift safety meetings, pre-shift inspections of all equipment on site, and a process to evaluate and recognize risks before performing every task.

With your success in mind, we have created a safety culture within National with zero accidents as the primary objective. This culture, driven by safety innovation and industry leading safety investments--such as automated rod loaders, hands-free make-up and break-out systems along with custom designed rod handling tools--takes your project to the fore-front of world-class drilling safety. We have proven our dedication to safety by exceeding the most demanding and stringent safety protocols and standards our industry requires. We don't just do safety, we live it.
